Earth temperature & weather changes over time (year time) due to many factors, one of which can be (politically too sensitive to talk): The earth axial (pole) shifts from time to time, for example - in 1984 the earth’s pole was off centre by 11 degree (77 degree north 102 degree west) and changing, and in 2006 the axial tilt to 23.4 degree off centre, and worse - the earth was about 7.25 degree to the sun’s equator. Remember the earth rotate in elliptical form round the sun, some years a bit closer or further away, our weather changes with it. Other factors such as man made (by mistake), for example: The CFCs problem, this stuff (chlorofluorocarbons - chlorine and fluorine bonded to carbon) were used in most household goods during pre and post war period up to the 1990’s, but later realised that the process of nature destroying the stuff were too slow, but worse scientist find the stuff (CFCs) regenerate itself (a chain reaction happen) in the upper atmosphere, a global ban was enforce. But too late, a large hole (a large decrease of ozone) was found in 1985 over Antarctica, ice started to melt. It will take nature about 50 - 100 years to repair itself. We don’t know what else we might be responsible due to our action, but certainly not cars. But if we dig deep into science, we might find out the reasons of the man made part not nature part of global warming.
