I have no idea but here goes. In reefs there is hierarchy. They build by being part of the sea but not owning it. It’s like The animated movie finding nemo. Or Plankton of Sponge bob.Sea Anenemies have a symbiotic relationship with clown fish. Poisionous to other fish but a home to clown fish in this case. Drug dealers may be considered the same? On the sponge bob side everything eats smaller stuff as the food chain does it’s thing. Non living coral may be ghost towns or the dust bowl of the early days or the projects that are abandoned. Biodiversity means life diversity -plant, animal,mammal. They all interact. Tropical rainforests have their ecological “symbiosis” . Large eats small. Somebody poops(for the plants and bacteria) and the process starts again. Just Ideas not researched facts! You are smart, just uninformed.
